It’s a jungle out there. Expensive vessels, soaring fuel costs, unpredictable exchange rates, competitive market pressures combined with limited quotas make it necessary to form partnerships to sustain the kind of vessels needed to conduct viable year round fisheries in the cold icy waters of the Northwest Atlantic. We have been very fortunate in recent years to find great fishery partners who have combined forces with NRL to create a strong team of dedicated and committed quota holders who work closely together in the northern shrimp fishery.
